There just aren’t enough shelters, there aren’t enough fosters. The mortgage crisis, combined with the unemployment rate is hitting families hard.
We focus on preventing well-balanced Collies and Collie mixes from entering a shelter, pound, or rescue. We keep our dogs in a home environment so that they can easily be adopted without the stress of being abandoned.

Who We Are: The Dog Liberator is a small, foster-driven organization dedicated to identifying high-quality dogs and placing them in foster homes to avoid the trauma often associated with pounds, shelters and rescues. While in these homes, the focus is on care and training to turn them into well-balanced pets that can be adopted by loving people. |

Animal Rescue is a very difficult job that can literally suck the life right out of you. It’s hard work, but the reward is unbelievable.
Every two or three months, I combine the dogs we have rescued and show them off on YouTube. We’ll let the dogs brag for us! |
